  • This hotel is great. Although other reviewers noted that the hotel was undergoing renovations or was outdated, the hotel is now fully renovated. The lobby is very welcoming and there are many different areas to do work, converse with colleagues, or relax. The "business center" consists of one computer, but there is free printing. The rooms are very warm, welcoming, and clean. Wi-fi is free and very fast. The staff here is extremely accommodating. I have stayed here for business four times in the past few weeks, and each time the staff has been helpful and willing to help us out when last-minute emergencies ensued. The price is very reasonable given the location. You can walk to all the stadiums, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, or restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this hotel.
