  • Another PHO-king delicious meal at Vietnam's Pho. I had to come back and throw another star on my previous review because they're now 4-star worthy in my eyes. I've only had their hoagies because those are the only vegetarian options....or so I thought! This time, the waiter hooked me up with an off-the-menu vegetarian bun (vermicelli noodle dish) with lemongrass tofu. It was like a punch of deliciousness in my mouth. Needless to say my bowl was licked clean when I was through with it. The noodles tasted cool and refreshing while the perfectly seasoned tofu added a kick of saltiness. Pair that with the sweet peanut sauce and your taste buds won't know what hit them. My boyfriend naturally went for the Pho Dac Biet like any hot-blooded meat-eating Vietnamese person would. It's his all-time favorite dish in Pittsburgh. If he were to leave me for anything, it would be for this bowl of pho.
