I received such great customer service at this Apple Store today that I can't help but get on here and rave about it! I met with Steven at the Genius Bar about my Apple Watch that had a crack in the screen. After both Steven and his manager, Sarah, inspected the watch they said that if the depot (where it has to be sent to to get repaired) ended up charging for the repair, then the store would cover it. I couldn't believe it! It was such a relief after hearing that the cost could have been over $200. I am so grateful that these two took the time to do some research and help me out.
