It's OK, but used to be a lot better. Service and food quality have slipped as of late and there has been a lot of waitstaff turnover. Really hoping things turn around, as I used to dine here twice a week and I have stopped altogether after several bad experiences.
The good:
*Great service (at least in the past)
*Large portions, usually enough to take home
*Wide variety of menu choices - something for everyone
*Almost every meal comes with warm bread and salad - so you don't get "nickle and dimed"
*Shrimp scampi is surprisingly good - would not have expected it to be good
*Decent wine at reasonable prices
The bad:
*Service at Eastway location has deteriorated - lots of waitstaff turnover - food coming out cold - orders not correct - long wait to get check - appetizers forgotten
*Specials can be hit or miss - the ossa bucco is not worth trying -- stick with pasta, pizza and entrees they sell a lot of
I wish I knew who owned it - this is a great place that is slipping and it could easily be fixed if someone realized it and took action.
