  • This review is in reference to my stay from approximately over a year ago between the Months May-July of last year, and little overdue, but I stand by it! I had been in an emergency situation where I had to move out of my ex's apartment and SPS welcomed me with open arms. I also have to add that this was the very first place I resided in when I moved to Arizona with my parents in High School in 2006, while looking for a house and had nothing but excellent experiences with this community. Given that it is month to month and furnished, the price is decent and practical, and not only is the website resourceful, but the staff will show you the room you would be renting should you sign a lease with them, which is great. I am not sure about how the reviewer who complained that it was not an accurate description seemed to be confused by that feature, but you can't always please everyone. Anyhow, the freebies saved me a lot of money and got me to socialize more in the city of Scottsdale which was awesome. In addition to that, who can beat a free gym pass and car washes? I loved the TV, especially with added cable, the apartment was so nice, comfortable, clean and organized. I felt bittersweet when I left, although I was ideally looking for an established lease when I was able to save up some money and do my research on affordable apartments. Because I grew attached to Scottsdale after my stay and with my excellent experience at SPS, I chose to reside in the city at a different apartment complex. I forget her name, but there is an associate that always greeted me by name which was very kind and welcoming. I can't say enough positive things about this place and HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend it.
