  • I was really nervous to go wedding dress shopping. When I walked into Brilliant Bridal, I let them know how nervous I was! I didn't have an appointment, but I went on a weekday and my mother and I were the only two in the store. Helen jumped right in and showed me where to look for dresses. She led us back to a dressing area with a large mirror and we tried on about five dresses. None if the dresses I picked seemed right for me, though Helen offered tailoring and accessory options that were all lovely and very helpful. She seems to have a true passion for her job and really knows how to be a professional and genuine sales woman. After those dresses, she brought in a pick of her own that was based on my preferences. It was the dress! Beautiful, high quality and less than my budget. Still, I wanted to think about it, so I took a day to decide. I went to another store and had a horrible experience (beyond horrible!). I went in the next day and bought the dress! Helen made it clear that if I needed anything, they were a resource for me. I am so glad I went to Brilliant Bridal and highly recommend it to any bride!
