  • we were having a problem with our central a/c not getting cool enough and called Action and Tracy answered the phone and was very nice and said someone would be out within the hour. Eric the tech called and said he would be the one coming. Eric showed in about 30 to 45 minutes and was immediately very friendly and polite. He went on the roof and came back in just a few minutes with the answer to the problem. I was waiting for the exorbitant estimate and was very pleasantly surprised at the quote to fix it...He was very honest and very professional and had it fixed and even took care of a couple issues that were not discussed that he saw while he was doing the repair..I absolutely recommend this company for your a/c needs..Thank you Eric and Action Air Conditioning for not ripping us off!
