I bought a Subaru from this place last year.
The trade-in and purchase experience was fine, it took a while but I guess that's to be expected.
What prompts the 2 star rating is that I was told I would have 3 oil changes included with my purchase and that I can have the oil change at any Autonation Chevy.
When I went to have the oil change completed, I was told it 'wasn't in the system'.
I have emailed the rep, Debra Ponticelli a few times, initially in October (5 months ago) and this has still not been rectified.
Called over to the place and the service area is impossible to get through to anyone, and the operator said she'd have Deb call me back. Which she did and left a generic voicemail like Hey its Deb call me back. NOT hey I have taken care of your issue.
And go figure that when I call her back, I get voicemail. Every time. It has been a frustrating experience to say the least.
