Visiting friends in North Phoenix, they took us here for dinner. We had a party of 10 with 4 teens. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation and they were busy. Not sure what happened but we waited on our food for over an hour. We enjoyed the conversation but were starting to get hungry.
When the food came it was worth the wait. Really fantastic. The waitress apologized up and down for the delay and the manager stopped by to apologize and comp two of our dishes.
We left, went home and got up for our flight in the morning to discover that my 11-year-old had left her purse (with her vacation cash) and iPhone at the restaurant.
On the way to the airport at 8AM we stopped by to see if anyone was there. A worker in the kitchen was super helpful and tried contacting the manager to access the safe. Unfortunately he could not connect and we had to leave to catch our flight.
Our friends stopped by later to recover the wallet and phone with the cash still inside.
If there were marks for credibility and ethics on Yelp, El Encanto would be off the charts. I loved the food and even though there were hiccups in the timing of the service, they fixed it. I would go back here again and again and recommend that you do too.
