  • Very disappointed with my entire experience at Brio. I ordered a butternut squash risotto. It came out cold with a skin of coagulated dairy floating on the surface. The service was just as bad and the dining room was noisy. The music being blasted throughout the building was muffled and sounded like some college kids were having a party upstairs. A conversation about what a terrible experience you're having is nearly impossible over the drone of the music. Which might be the point of the music in the first place.
