  • Came in to look for a station necklace. The young lady at walking around was very nice. Greeted me right away and offered to help. I picked the two that I liked and one of them seemed tarnished. I asked how do you clean them. She didn't know so she asked them more season employee with her and her response was microfiber cloth. I clarified my question on tarnished jewelry, she seemed annoyed and said again, that's it I already said microfiber cloth. I told her I don't think she's understanding the question, she cut me off and said microfiber. If that doesn't work I don't know what to tell you. She was soooooo rude I almost walked out. I decided to buy my piece anyway bec the lady who told me she just started was so nice and patient. When I paid, I asked if they do military discount. Again, the new girls didn't know so she asked, she looked at me and said no. I purchased here before and gotten a military discount but this lady was so rude to me. I have no idea why she was so rude but she shouldn't be working if she can't set her personal problems aside and deal with customers. I did purchase but walking away feeling, I shouldn't have purchased anything. Contemplating on bringing it back actually!
