  • I am writing on behalf of the fragile elderly and the sick. This place has an outdoor customer service desk in scorching hot Arizona! They offer no place to sit, no chairs, benches, etc. The parking spots have no shade. They have no restrooms. It has an outside porta potty in the direct sun. They have no soap or water to wash your hands. I can just imagine the many people (customers and employees) that go there, use that porta potty and then go to the front desk and touch everything, without washing their hands; then the front desk workers touch everything that the customers touch.  Spread the germs America... Gross Western Towing!  But the heat alone can be a health risk to elders, and those that are sick.  My father had cancer and my mother is diabetic.  As we got home, my mother and I had a headache and felt light headed from dehydration just waiting there for my vehicle.  If your car is not drivable and you have to wait for a tow company, bring something to drink. They do not have any vending machines, a water fountain, etc. All this just shows the disregard that the owner of Western Towing has for humans beings. They should be closed down!
