  • Bought my 2011 Camaro brand new, great experience, even drove the long way from Gilbert for Service, etc.twice a year. HOWEVER, now that my car is nearly paid off, I have had Sales staff calling, asking if I'd like to trade in my car. I get it, they want a repeat customer, but I'm not interested. After the 3rd call I called the office, and was told they would "remove my name from the list". They called again. Twice. Each was another Sales person leaving a message that they would "love to discuss my car". I called again, more firm this time, telling them if I get one more call I would no longer be a customer. Was promised that notes were placed in my file and that I would not get another call. Call #6 came in about an hour ago. I am done being harassed and will file a formal complaint if called again.
