  • This company is the worst company I have ever used. The sales person was the only person I came in contact with that made any attempt to fix anything. There is no communication with the super that is charge of all the subs. I think I actually saw him two times. During excavation and before pouring my deck. They broke all my lines to the drip system (which they write in the contract) is my responsibility to fix but they also broke my main water supply. So now the equipment that they installed doesn't even work. The automatic water filler doesn't even work! Really I paid 32,000 for a small pool that isn't even completed!! They put a hole in my house which no one has even gotten back to me. My neighbor had a pool built on the same day we started ours and theirs was completed 6 weeks before ours. Plus they paid 8500.00 less then we did!! And all their equipment works... I know they build a lot of pools around town, but if you are thinking about using them, try to find a better pool company...even build your own pool BYOP seems like a better company. I am in the customer service business and I understand we all have bad moments...but to charge me 32000.00 and not have what I paid for work is crap and the lack of communication is unacceptable! If you use this company for some idiotic reason...don't pay them that last installment until you are happy with all the work. You will never hear from them again! Run
