rev:text	For almost a year I used Jessica B, we were trying out hair colors, most of the time the color was fine and if I didn't like it she would do something new in three weeks, my usual appointments were every three weeks, never once did she say there was any issues. Then the last time I went in August one of the foils slid back a half inch in front of my face, and with the blond highlight on medium brown hair it was very noticeable. She was off the next week, so on Monday the following week I asked her how soon can we fix my hair, and her text to me was My hair stresses her out, she was taking me off the schedule and will not be doing my hair anymore. I was so shocked I responded in tears because I never told her it was her fault, I just wanted it fixed, needless to say she didn't respond, and has left me hanging. I am so sad, because Imjust loved her......
