  • An absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. First of all, they were able to accommodate my friend and I for a last-minute Classic package and hammam visit, and I was able to book over the phone very easily. Upon arrival, the receptionist was so incredibly sweet, giving us a careful tour and tips on using the hammam. The steam room was so relaxing, and the complimentary tea and water helped. My massage with Nicole was among the best I have ever received, and she was very conscientious about everything she was doing. Perfect pressure, able to respond to any directions given (like my request not to put oil on my scalp or face). Then BFF and I had our mani-pedis with Jana and Julia, and the time sped by - both ladies were hilarious and fun to chat with, and were very careful of any sensitive spots. They gave us great advice on sightseeing too! Finally, I accidentally lost my keycard, but the receptionist found a replacement right away to allow me back into the locker room to change and retrieve my things. I don't really have any complaints, as the service couldn't have been better and I liked the facilities.
