  • I ordered two kids meals online and was told 25 minutes for pick up. I show up 25 minutes later and I am told my order is not ready and it would be another 10 minutes because it is in the oven. No problem, I can understand an extra 10 minutes. After 20 minutes I ask about my order again and get told it will be another two minutes in the oven. So if it's been 20 minutes already that my order is supposedly in the oven, I'm pretty sure it is burnt by this point if that is the truth of the status of my order. This was for a kids spaghetti and meatballs and a kids pepperoni garlic bread. They did offer to give me a free 2 L of soda, that was ridiculous. I waited for five more minutes and then requested my money back and as soon as I did, magically my order was ready. I took the refund and the food, but I will never return. Not once did the manager talk to me. This was a horrible experience.
