  • Spent 1 hour shopping for Easter, got up to the cashier who told me they could only take cash or check because their systems were down. Since I didn't have enough cash due to my purchase being over $100.00 dollars and I didn't have any checks, because I think my 80 year old grandmother is the last living soul who writes checks anymore! I had to walk out and leave my basket full to items. I called back to speak with the manager, Patricia who apologized about the problem. It wasn't until I asked her how long the systems had been down, which she replied 30 mins. before I really got upset. You let your customers shop for 30 Mins without no announcement informing them of the computer problem. Then I asked if she has made an announcement yet and she said she was going to do that now. Wow!!! Who put this lady in charge!!! Extremely poor Management of the situation. Your employees can only be as good as the person leading them. Completely understand why this place has such poor reviews! Looks like a change is strongly needed here Corporate!!
