I have a property in Las Vegas which is serviced by Republic Services.
Like other had mentioned, the online billing portal and auto payment system is very confusing. I tried to set it up and I thought it was working but it did not. Of course the payment was never made automatically on time and they never notify me with calls or text or emails. Then I got a late notice in mail and was assessed with a late fee. I tried to call the customer service (twice) to explain the late payment which I believe was caused by a fault in their online system. They were cold and unfriendly. They seemed like they didn't care about my concern and they lacked the willingness to help. I think the first lady got tired of listening and tried to rid of me by transferring to another rep. After explaining for the second time, I guess the second lady again didn't want to deal with me and she just hung up!
If you have a payment issue, don't bother calling their customer service as I doubt you'd get the help that you needed.
