  • The pupusas and tamales were out of this world. Everything was good too, from the fried whole fish to the chicharrones to the plantains and the yucca. There's a minor language barrier but the place seems to be run by an adorable older woman and this tastes like home cooked food. It's not overly salty and it just tastes fresh. The accouterments were very nice, some pickled cabbage and peppers and some cornmeal patties with bean dip. I would absolutely go again. The place isn't in the best area but on the inside it's charming and well kept if a bid outdated.
