  • I went to Danny's Family Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace this morning. I had a groupon for the car wash, and it was $15.99. The attendant guy offered me an interior car cleaning (with fresh clean fragrance) and exterior wax and polish for $90.00 (with a discount), and I accepted it. I also requested that they would check the water in the engine and the tires. After their work is done, the mechanic guy called me. I went to the shop where my car was. My car looks almost brand new with the wax and polish. They did a good job in the carpet cleaning and the tires. I assumed they checked the water too as the attendant guy promised me. They did a horrible job in wiping the windows and the back of the car. I saw some water spots on the windows and sticky dust at the back of my car. I wiped the dust with my finger, and it was dark brown. When I got in my car, I didn't smell the fresh clean fragrance. I smelled the "carpet cleaning" smell. I went home and checked my things inside my car. My big flashlight is missing. They must need my big flashlight for they took it. I called Danny's Family Car Wash. It was ringing, and the voicemail lady answered my call. I left a voicemail message regarding my missing big flashlight and requested that they would call me back. Now, they give me reasons not to go back to Danny's Family Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace. It was my first time to have their poor service. After my other two groupon for the car wash are used, I'm not going back there again. I keep in mind not to accept any offer when I go there for a car wash with my groupon. I have learned my lesson. I highly DO NOT recommend Danny's Family Car Wash at Tempe Marketplace.
