  • Never got a chance for an actual service to be fulfilled by this company. I called them based on a referral from a friend. Called these guys up, very nice over the phone and set up an appointment. They came by as promised. Guy who was sent here spent maybe 10 minutes looking and measuring my windows. Said I would get a call back from owner within 48 hours to get my quote. 48 hours went by and no quote or call. I called the next day and said I need my quote for insurance purposes, etc. Guy was very short over the phone and Said he needed a price on a specific part for my sliding glass door that he had to get from a manufacturer, etc. I would have my quote by the next day. We'll he never called back. If he didn't want to do the job they just should have said so. I was very disappointed with them. To this day I have yet to receive a call or email with my quote. Huge disappointment of a company and their communication.
