I had an amazing time at the 2016 iHeart Daytime Village! This was my first time visiting Vegas so I might've had rose-colored glasses during the entire festival. It was totally worth the $40 cost to see a lot of amazing artists in one day!
The open-air location across from Luxor was great, although a little far away from my friend and I who stayed at Circus Circus. Beforehand we decided to Uber it there to save time and money with parking.
It wasn't terribly hot but they had one massive station for free water, which for standing on my feet all day was appreciated. A bit disorganized though. There were your typica fair food stands as well but I passed on those.
I wasn't terribly interested in any of the other sponsorship activations- it was all about the music for me! My friend and I arrived in the middle of Cage The Elephant's set and from there experienced an all-day adrenaline rush with them and the other artists:: Bryson Tiller, Daya, Chainsmokers, DNCE, Good Charlotte and Tinashe!
Can't wait to see who performs for 2017!
