Do not stay here! I would like express my extreme dissatisfaction, I checked into Harrah's Las Vegas on June 16th 2016. Upon checking in I was asked if I would like to place an additional hold on my card for incidentals to which I responded no. The front desk agent assured me there would not be an additional hold placed on my card and this was even documented on my account. I later found out there was an additional $150 charge (not a hold) but an actual charge placed on my card which overdrew my account. This led to $627 of over drafts fees from my bank which have a caused extreme financial hardship. I have made numerous calls to the hotel and been placed on hold for too long in an effort to resolve this. I have also been promised that a front desk manager would call me back. A Harrah's Las Vegas front desk manager named Jennifer hung up the phone on me while I was patiently holding. After several attempts to reach a manager again, I was told again someone would call me back. The next day I received a voicemail from a Harrah's Front Desk Manager by the name of Roy who asked me to call him back at 702-591-XXXX. I have left numerous messages for him since June 23rd and he has not called me back. At this point I don't think I would ever stay at another one of their properties because this should not be the experience guest have to go through when on vacation or in general. Period. I am submitting a complaint to their corporate office as well.
