  • I'll give this place a 2 because I have my few favorite girls. I usually don't use someone new at any nail salon, but was desperate! Supposedly this woman was to be Cindys replacement as she is out of town. This woman took an hour and a half to do my fill. My nails were finished with gel polish and my thumb nail color peeled off 10 minutes into the car ride. The woman explains "I'm not good yet" which sent chills down my spine. This by far was the worst job I've had done. Not to mention I'm sitting here, back in the salon waiting for a nail tech to fix. I called after I left and explained to Casey I was picking up my kids and would be there shortly. Coming from Summerlin, I get back to the salon and they gave my tech away saying I was 20 minutes late. WOW. So then I wait for another tech. 15/20 minutes. She takes a look at my nails and says "I don't do acrylic" so now I'm waiting another 20 minutes? When I first got here I asked to call Cindy and she basically told me to sit tight and wait for a tech to get to me. The same thing the receptionist told me. Speaking to Cindy would mean some urgency, but no. Cindy said when she comes back I would get a free fill from her... Keep in mind I had to rearrange my day to get them fixed. Inconvenience and wasted time. I am going to an event and this just was so upsetting.. I'm a regular, actually the duchess here... Now I'm sitting in Hollys chair and she's being rude.
