  • Stayed at aloft Tempe and was originally impressed with the location until we got to our room. The shower leaked water all over the floor due to a worn out blade under the glass door. The soap dispenser in the shower leaked constantly causing an 8" circle of blue soap that needed to be washed out each morning. The headboard of the bed was very scratched and visibly worn from lots of use. On the carpet looked to be a juice stain that was never cleaned up meaning they hadn't cleaned the carpets in a long time. The refrigerator was very noisy and ran all night. I would have just unplugged it but needed it on to keep milk cold. In the lobby where the food is there was no fruit until the morning we checked out. Would highly recommend finding someone else to stay in the area. As owners using points at this location we didn't have that option.
