  • Jeff came to fix our garage door on a holiday, which was greatly appreciated - we had to put off the repair for weeks due to our work schedule so it was great that Jeff was so willing to work with our schedule. He did have to reschedule due to a shortage of parts but no big deal. When he finished the job the door was working and that was what I cared about the most! Unfortunately, we experienced the same odd behavior as another reviewer: Jeff stapled his business card onto the wall of our garage with heavy duty staples! How unprofessional. Now we have to remove the staples from the wall and repair the damage. On top of that, he tore off the name and number from a couple other stickers that were already on the garage door for other repair services and left the trash on the floor of our garage after he left. Ironically for him, that behavior means we will most certainly NOT be calling him again if the garage door breaks. If you want to make modifications to my home beyond the agreed upon repair you need to talk to the homeowner first!
