  • This place should be bulldozed and flattened to to the ground. I went for evening decaf coffee because my coffee pot died. Thirty three minutes later and still no one knew how to brew Decaf coffee. I almost asked if I could do it for them. The manager on duty was busy mopping floors and wouldn't assist her employees. Right people on duty front and back. Most messing around especially with friends in dining area giving them free food and talking. My mission was to give them zero stars but I couldn't because I would not be able to give this review. I finally got my coffee but wrong. I asked for creamers on the side, they put milk in all of my coffees. I asked for 4 large cups. Manager could care less and said "sorry guys" to me and my husband. I then asked for a refund and she said come back tomorrow. Incompetence reeks in this place. I hope my review deters anyone from remotely considering eating here. The owner needs to overhaul his staff hire, new blood, train his people appropriately with proper people skills or just completely shut it down and walk away.
