  • I am not going to give the whole facility a 1 because I do not think that would be fair. It was not the whole staff that was rude. I made an appointment for my bridal party and I. They were extremely accommodating and tried to make sure that we were all going to be taken care of. There ended up being a little scheduling issue but it was really not a big deal. Additionally, the person whom I made the appointments with had told me the wrong prices but the person I talked to upon arriving told me they were just going to honor the prices they had given me. Basically the cosmetologist I had, Lisette, was angry with the receptionists for messing up and tried to screw me. Not only did she argue with me when I questioned what she was trying to charge me but ANOTHER cosmetologist jumped in and argued with me. The woman at the front desk who told me they would honor the prices I was originally told jumped in and shut them both down. I was appalled that they ganged up on me for just questioning how they were charging me. Lisette was extremely rude for the remainder of the appointment. She was cold, made me feel very unwelcome, and ended up doing a very poor job on my nails and then tried to tell me she could not fix one of my nails the was extremely crooked on the tips. The worker who jumped in on the confrontation also came and had a discussion with Lisette in front of me about how pissed off they were that the receptionist had messed the prices which I thought was incredibly unprofessional. The whole experience was very frustrating. I left feeling like I had been infected with bad vibes. I do however salute the receptionist who was very professional as well as the ladies who did my sisters and moms nails. They were MUCH more pleasant.
