  • Yvette is the best dog walker, cat sitter, and source of knowledge about all things pet related. She has taken care of my pug Norman since he was a baby. First she came for puppy visits and then one hour walks through the neigbourhood. She only services a small area and she travels on foot, which means you always get prompt, reliable service and you know your dog is actually getting walked instead of driven around town in the back of a car. She happily acommodates special requests, such as altering a walk time so you can make your vet appointment. She will also make sure your dog is dressed appropriately for the weather and manages to wiggle my dog into his boots and coat in the winter. Yvette has also helped link me with pet resources such as doggy obedience classes, a dog trainer, advice on specific foods and nutrition. Yvette has not only boarded my dog while I have been on vacation but she also takes care of my cats. I know my dog is well loved by the enthusiatic way he greets her and when I go to pick him up after a vacation he never wants to come home! Yvette is great about keeping in touch and is always only a quick phone call or email away if you have any questions. One of the best features of her service is her expectation that all the dogs on her walk behave. I know that the obedience I have worked on with my dog is reinforced on his daily walks. After hearing so many horror stories in our of leash park I am thrilled that we have Yvette as our dog walker/cat sitter. I agree with the previous reviewer that my only concern is that she will become too popular if others find out about her!
