Not sure why everyone is so up in arms against Tami for. Yes, I was a bit surprised when my insurance agent changed; however, the transition to her was very smooth. I didn't realize my previous agent moved out until my dad got rear ended on the freeway. We contacted the old State Farm number, which gave us Tami. She calmly explained everything and took care of our claim with no hassle.
My only complaint is for one of the secretaries messing up the hours when I called. She said that they are sometimes open on weekends and would be in on the weekend I called for; however, the line went straight to a "Our office is closed" voicemail.
All in all, I do believe that this branch is just fine.
