  • Not great, not good, simply put a poor overall experience. I went in for a "Spa" pedi and a manicure. Paid $58 (not including tip) for both services, and I had to redo the paint on my toes this morning they look so terrible. The nail tech was friendly, but did a terribly weak job (she didn't push back my nor trim my cuticles, and didn't file nor shape my finger nails). Additionally, the nail tech did not sit while she did my manicure, and as a result I felt uncomfortable, rushed and frustrated while I watched her complete a half-a** salon treatment. There was clutter laying all around the stations where I was seated for my manicure. My experience is a shame, as I have not been able to find a clean, decent and friendly salon in the Beachwood/Shaker Heights area to get a solid mani/pedi. Very disappointing experience. I will not go back to AV and will keep trying!
