  • What disappointing service! Waited 17 minutes in the store for a Frappuccino and a dopio espresso. Checked at 10 minutes to see why the 4 people who had walked in behind me had received their drinks. Just got a "we have your order". Then watched them make more recent orders-but not mine. Lady standing next to me was equally disappointed that her order was taking so long. Not what you'd expect from a Starbucks.
