  • I came to this place looking for a used escalade. Had a trade in, 2013 Tahoe. They tried to rip me off on the trade in value of the vehicle and they were trying to put me in a bad loan instead of working out a deal on the price of the car.. Dont believe their true price policy.. They lower the price of a vehicle as time goes by. Furthermore, the escalade i was interested in was making a very disturbing noise as I adjusted the drivers seat.. I asked them if they will fix it before I purchase and the answer was no.. How a luxury vehicle dealership like Cadillac could put a vehicle with a possible 1k fix needed on the lot for sale is beyond me. I just bought a Benz a few weeks ago and the difference in the way I was treated was like day and night.. The Benz dealership wanted to make a deal work.. This dealership wanted to make their own pocket fatter with no regard for my best interest The only positive note I have for the company is that my personal sales person was great.. He was trying hard for me.. Doing everything he can.. He was prompt, patient, and very friendly.. He actually took a decent amount of frustration from me and kept is demeanor.. Shoot, I think he was frustrated too lol I personally wouldn't recommend doing business with this company..
