  • I just got here and wish I didn't book this room. When I first got here, there was no one at valet or to direct me where to go. I went into the parking garage, found a spot that wasn't designated for valet or something else and then carried all my bags to the elevtor. In the elevator there is no lobby option. I took it down to the casino and then proceeded to haul all my bags past everyone gambling, then out to the valet area and across the street. There are still no signs as to which door the lobby is so I picked one. Then, I stand behind a couple who booked through booking.com and they wouldn't accept the reservation! Now I am worried because I also used a third party to book my room. During this time (literally 25 minutes I am waiting with 6 others behind me) and there is only one person checking everyone in. Finally, I get checked in with no issues and go to my room...it hasn't even been cleaned properly! There is hair on both beds still, bobby pins on the nightstand, pieces of trash on the floor, and makeup stains still on the counter. I called down to let them know, I was told they would send housekeeping up to clean the room right away...I'm still waiting 45 minutes later. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
