  • I came in for a 4:00 MRI appointment. I was not taken back until 6:00. The MRI was for my foot, the tech told me it would take a total of 12-15 minutes to complete the scan. The Scan actually took 30 minutes. They did not communicate to me during the scan that it was taking longer, and I started freaking out a little because I did not know what was going on. The lobby was hot and over crowded, a movie was playing loudly and that only added to the negative experience. The lights in the lobby were also too bright, and it was so loud. Adding to the noise was one employee who spoke way to loud and called every one she dealt with sweetie. I would never go back to Simon Med.
