  • I heard of Tranquility Escape because of Groupon. I was looking for a good deal on lashes, which it was, AND this place was close to me. The business owner, Amy, was willing to be flexible with her schedule because I had an event coming up. We spoke on the phone and texted to confirm. Unfortunately, I had to cancel at the last minute. Again, she was gracious and told me we could reschedule. I rescheduled and went for my appointment yesterday. The location was easy to find in a strip mall. The address has several rooms/suites for similar services - facials, laser hair removal, etc. so it's quiet, clean, and private. I couldn't find a babysitter, so I set up my playpen in the spa room. Amy wasn't phased at all...totally easygoing. I'm giving 5 stars because of Amy's flexibility, professionalism, cleanliness, and the fantastic job she did on my lashes. I'll definitely be back.
