  • I have to say, this was my second time here. Enjoying it the first time around , I can't say the same for the second. People really don't understand customer service. There was two televisions in the place in which neither one was on, I asked if they worked and he said yes, I then asked if he could put the Red Sox game on considering its sports season and the panthers were not on yet. He told me that he could not turn the television on because there were people sitting there. (Remote control, doesn't everybody use that) he then told me he would turn it on after they left, but he didn't. Worst experience, people really don't go out of their way to please u. No sense of urgency or caring. Will never return based on that experience.
