  • Lousy staff. Came here a few weeks ago for an early dinner. Staff we're going through a shift change, all the staff were a bunch of air heads, not knowing which tables are theirs, etc. Finally after 4 minutes of standing around with the servers we asked if we just seat our selves, or will some one bring us to a table? We were kindly brought to a table, only to have been sitting there for 10 minutes without any service. Restaurant was 10% full... WTF? Left without getting anything. Wont be returning. Jack Astors, please update your menu as well. Tacky assortment of food.
