I didn't know Filipino food very well before going, and I ended up asking lots of questions about the ingredients. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed genuinely happy to share info about the cuisine.
Decor is nice, atmosphere is nice, and the food was amazing (crispy pork belly, a type of ceviche, etc etc). We had an early dinner on a weekday evening and it was packed! Book early for a table!
