  • I popped into Abra without an appointment yet I was immediatly greeted and was given an estimate. The next available appointment for bodywork was 2 weeks out but once they learned I was on vacation the next week they juggled the schedule so that the work was done while I was gone, to reduce the time I would left without my vehicle. I was given daily updates via email, which helped since I was out of the country, and the work was done on schedule. The truck was spotless when it was returned and I was surprised to see that even the interior was cleaned. For some reason, I never expected that. The work was well done and I can tell I will not need to return for any re-work. Perfect experience with Abra.
