If I could give you no stars I would. I am very frustrated and fed up with the performance of cox and their employees. Recently I have dealt with phone reps that have no brain. Cox have you lowered your standards for who you will hire? 3 days before I moved my Internet was disconnected. A tech came out the next day and discovered someone had disconnected it... so I end up moving, get my Internet hooked up at the new place and 3 days later my Internet isn't working. I had to wait 3 days for a tech to come out, only to tell me it was disconnected outside.... Second time in a week this has happened. What is going on cox? This happened to me twice! This is insane, you need to better monitor what your techs are doing and train them better. I am so close to switching to another company because cox service has recently become so horrible! I have been with cox for almost 3 years now and I am do blown away that this is happening. I've never had issues like this before. Cox please acknowledge that you all are messing up really bad and fix it eight away before you start losing more customers. I don't pay over $60 for Internet for it to be disconnected a couple times a week. Get it together!
