rev:text	Company trip to Vegas Baby, from Bellingham......Never flying out of Bellingham before or flying on Allegiant Air , I had no idea what to expect in a small airport. Arrived 2 hours before my flight ...check, paid the extra money to check 1 back between my husband and I...check. Walked through the doors at the airport to a pretty small area to be greeted by one person checking in the bags and another helping now and then. The lines were HUGE and probably took us 1 hour and 15 minutese to get through to check our bags. Another line existed for security. When we got through both areas we had about 10 minutes before we boarded. Things to know if leaving from Bellingham or flying allegiant Air: -No restaurants at airport in Bellingham -If it is rainy, you walk into the rain and up a ramp to load the plane -If you have to use the restroom, you may wait in a long line, women's restroom very small (Bellingham) -There is no free water, or pop in flight, you pay for each item -Someone in our group needed to make a flight change at airport, no one at las vegas airport could make a change and she was told she had to call and make change on phone, which the wait time was 15 minutes. Flight attendants and Pilots were very entertaining and nice while in flight. Flight itself was smooth......just many bumps and lines to board and wait ime for phone calls took forever....Maybe adding a few more people would be super great on both the phones and at the airports. I think you have a great thing started, but more customer service prior to flight would make it much better. -
