  • This review is directed toward the quality of the vehicle I got. Ok. So I went there to buy a new car. I ended up getting a 2014 Ford Fiesta SE. Loved the car. Only had 4 miles on it. I got it November 25, 2013. Everything was great for 4 months. Then. All of sudden the transmission starts slipping and not shifting right. I called the service department and was told oh yeah its a recall item and it's on back order so there's no telling when we will get the part. This was around January of 2015. The more I drove the car the worse the problem got. So I parked it and waited til I got the call to bring my car in. Finally around October I received the call. Ok. Took my car in. They had it for 2 days gave me a rental and all was good. Picked the car up. Drove great on the way home. The next morning I get up at 4 for work the car would not start. It would not shift. It did nothing. So I called them when they opened they sent a tow truck and the car was towed back. This time they had it for 5 days. By this time it's Nobember. So I get the call the car is ready. I went back to get it. Drove great for 3 days then boom it just locked up on me. Don't know what happened but it failed big time. Didn't move. Wouldn't start. By this time I'm pissed. Oh. And I forgot to mention. The first time I took the car to the dealership the service department was negligent and left my head light bulb cover on the serpentine belt which ended up damaging the belt and they had to replace that. But anyway. So I had my car towed to another ford dealership for work and they had it for 3 hours. By this time I was soooo pised I don't want to drive anything with ford on it. When I picked my car up I Drove it straight to Henderson Hyundai and traded that piece of shit ford in for a 2016 Hyundai Elantra. Beautiful car. And after the deal was made and I was leaving they went out to start the Fiesta and guess what. That's right wouldn't start. Don't know what happened at that point. Contract was signed money exchanged and off I went. I will be returning to ford to collect Gap insurance money which I never used and my extended warranty money which I never used. Take some advice. Stay away from the Ford Fiesta 2014 and higher and stay away from the service department and Ford Country.
