  • Although they were professional in my initial dealings with them and the appearance was nice, their product is inferior and will not hold up in Phoenix weather. The "Sunbrella" vinyl fabric installed on my slingback patio furniture became severely discolored after barely two years (which works out well for them because their warranty is only two years). The fabric is now very unsightly and makes the furniture look 10 years old. Regardless of the company's claims, their vinyl fabric held up only a fraction of the time as that of the original Sunbrella on the furniture. After questioning their rather short warranty period (particularly in AZ), the company would not respond. Unless you're ok with paying for new vinyl every two years, I would not use this company.
