Spending 16 years in Fresno, I think I've been spoiled when it comes to Southeast Asian food. None of the dishes really merited their price point, nor did the service. The flavor profiles of the unique dishes were definitely worth it to try something new.
The garlic shrimp is an amazing dish, but there's a certain amount of technique that was missed on our order that went out. The shells were perfectly crisp to give that "potato chip" texture other reviewers rave about, but the resulting prawns were desiccated and rubbery. We didn't even finish the dish.
The basics: like Tom Kha Kai was not even in the top 3 bowls of Tom Kha I've ever had.
