  • I don't know how anyone could remotely consider this "Chinese" food. PF Changs is a disgrace, just another hyped-up restaurant catered to ignorant Americans who don't know any better. Go to Beijing or Hong Kong and ask for a lettuce wrap, when they laugh in your face, tell them that PF Changs said it was authentic.
