  • Very bad and very rude customer service! I went there to get a headphone for my iPhone and to check new MacBook Pro as I was planning to buy one. I asked one of the sales person if they had any iPhone compatible (so that I can control the iPhone media player, receive and make call, etc. remotely, not just listening to music) Bluetooth headphone - his answer was very short and not very helpful - "Yeah we have some, just look for any wireless headphone!", and then he moved to another customer. So I chose one by myself and found another sales person to pay for it. I made the payment, walked around a bit and put it in my messenger bag. The first guy saw me I was putting it in my bag and asked me if everything was ok. I said "Yes and another person helped me on this." As soon as I finished talking to him, a security guard ran to me and asked me "Show me the receipt for the thing you put in your bag. I didn't see you paid for it". Really! There were more than hundred people in the store and you were tracking everybody (BTW, he was the only security person I saw in the store at that time though the store was heavily crowded with people)? I told him I don't have any receipt as I didn't receive any physical copy and it was sent to my email address by the sales person. He should know it better! Then the first sales person came to me again and asked me "What is his name? Is he Alvin (or something like this)?" I was like "Hello! I am not supposed to ask and remember your sales person's name." Eventually they found the person who settled my bill and didn't even bother to come to me and apologise for their miss behavior. I am not sure if those self declared so called geeks are on commission that they won't like a customer can leave and choose another sales person with better attitude for advice, or what kind of courtesy training they gave to their security personnel that they have the audacity to accuse a customer for not paying without first checking. And when he charged me I was still inside the store and checking MacBook Pro. Idiots!! Eventually I left without buying any MacBook. I will give my business to someone else who will treat me well. They lost the opportunity to sell another three grand worth of merchandise, as a software developer I always prefer to buy a very high end machine.
