  • Only gave it a star because I had to. I come in looking for a car and Right away I get help from a salesperson named Steven. He was helpful. When it came down to the numbers that's when everything went sour. So the numbers were not what I expected so ofcourse I declined the offers and they weren't to happy about that. Their GENERAL MANAGER even came out to meet me, his name was ERIC and with a looking down on me type of way started to tell me I was insane thinking I could get that car for that price then very rudely told me to stop wasting there time. I had previously told them that I was either going to get their 4 series bmw or a lexus rc from a lexus dealer. So Eric the GM told me to just go and try to get that RC from Lexus. I just told him I sure will, got up and walked away. Went across to LEXUS dealership and got my RC and I love it. Very disappointed with BMW only because I like BMW's even my brother has one. But the GENERAL Manager from that BMW flat out made me change my mind.
