  • I've stayed here a couple times within the last few years and for such a highly reputable hotel chain, this location is kind of a dump. It is in need of some serious renovations. The pool area could be really nice but instead, it looks cracked and shabby. The room Is not any better. The tub faucet was dripping. The closet door closes on bottom but not on top. The top of the floor tiles are covered in filth and to top it all off, the tiles around the toilet are stained yellow. Disgusting! Plus, the front desk agent was less than pleasant upon check in. I feel the owner and staff just don't care about this hotel nor its customer and it shows at every turn. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.
